I really love this company’s story-and their products are great too! Organic-Non GMO-No high fructose corn syrup-13g of protein per serving. Surprisingly good ingredients for packaged bagels/bread. The bagels are light and toast really nicely. They are a little closer to loaf bread or a burger bun in texture than a classic boiled bagel. #abillionlove #breakfast
