Review of Veggie Siew Mai Dumplings at Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant by xinru-t

Part of the dimsum high tea promo (randomly chosen menu each day). Juicy mock meat that was neither too fibrous (unlike some textured soy protein) nor too jelly-like (unlike some konjac products). My non-veg family thought it was on par with the real siewmai!
