Veggie Siew Mai Dumplings

Part of the dimsum high tea promo (randomly chosen menu each day). Juicy mock meat

that was neither too fibrous (unlike some textured soy protein) nor too jelly-like (unlike some konjac products). My non-veg family thought it was on par with the real siewmai!

Not bad!! Great texture and flavour.

Looked like the real deal but honestly could use more flavour. I remember siew mai

to be juicy and full of flavour, unfortunately this one was a tad dry and tough #veganuary

Average-tasting soy-based siew mai!

Personally did not try the siew mai but my family members thought it was very

mediocre, definitely isn’t the best Siew mai out there. Rated it a 5/10 for taste

Tastes like Siew Mai. Hahahh always in shock of how vegetarianism and veganism has come
