🇺🇸 Alesto's range of products at Lidl are all very tasty, great quality and well-prepared, and sustainable packaging is a plus! Used these raw cashews to make some no-bake cheesecakes, using a raw version crust from @david- and a cashew-based cream cheese from website Nora Cooks. They came together nicely, and more importantly our guests loved them!!

I also used this cashews to make cream cheese for a strawberry cheesecake recipe! 😍 They’re amazing!
