Review of Cheese-Less Cheesecake - Trader Joe's by hereforareason

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m a cheese-less cheesecake-aholic.

These are amazing. Plain and gussied up. I like experimenting with toppings. Here I threw some blueberries 🫐 on top, but sometimes I add citrus 🍊🍋 zest. The crust isn’t pictured, but is also delish. The texture is brilliant too 👌🏼 You only need to defrost for 2 hours, but I just discovered that defrosting overnight makes an even more luxurious texture 🤤

Also, it’s made with lima beans?! I think it’s cool they didn’t go with pea protein, which EVERYTHING even is made up of, plus that makes it feel healthier than a normal ole cheesecake! #ditchdairy
