Omg. Treat yourself and get these!!! They are the perfect individual portions and I love

the hassle free dessert. The crust is perfect and the cheesecake is on the fluffy/lighter side instead of thick & dense. The flavor is on point. These would be awesome with some fruit toppings (though I was lazy and just ate it plain & it was still delicious).

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m a cheese-less cheesecake-aholic.

These are amazing. Plain and gussied up. I like

experimenting with toppings. Here I threw some blueberries 🫐 on top, but sometimes I add citrus 🍊🍋 zest. The crust isn’t pictured, but is also delish. The texture is brilliant too 👌🏼 You only need to defrost for 2 hours, but I just discovered that defrosting overnight makes an even more luxurious texture 🤤

Also, it’s made with lima beans?! I think it’s cool they didn’t go with pea protein, which EVERYTHING even is made up of, plus that makes it feel healthier than a normal ole cheesecake! #ditchdairy

I thought these trader joe cheesecakes were not bad. I have had better vegan cheesecake

but I think these are great to have in the freezer. You can jazz them up with your favorite toppings. You get two mini cheesecakes for a decent price. #veganuary

Two cute mini cheese-less cheesecake desserts in this package. The cookie crust is really good.

The cheesecake part has a weird consistency but if you can get past that, its a pretty solid dessert. #veganisnotscary
