The rendang taste we know and love is really authentic in this dish, just that texture wise it’s a bit runny compared to how it usually is. Love the use of lions mane mushroom in place of the traditional beef it’s cooked with - gives a nice bite and chew that you’d get from meat so you’re really not missing out!
