Review of Kale Tofu With Wild Rice at elemen Classic @ Great World by xinru-t

The kale tofu with wild rice cost $15.80. I really liked the fragrant and savoury bamboo miso wild rice! It had a slightly crunchy texture which contrasted well with the more mushy chickpeas and carrot cubes. This was served with a stack of silken tofu encrusted in kale and drizzled in gravy, though unfortunately the tofu itself tasted somewhat bland.
