Review of Yuzu Sesame Tofu at New Fut Kai Vegetarian Restaurant by xinru-t

The Yuzu Sesame Tofu ($15 for 6 pieces) was a secret menu item not found in the official menu but which the staff highly recommended. These fritters had a crunchy coating covered with a creamy yuzu sesame sauce. I was delighted to find the pockets stuffed with extremely soft tofu alongside bits of carrots and fungus. The asparagus shoots on the side were also tender and sweet.
