The Yuzu Sesame Tofu ($15 for 6 pieces) was a secret menu item not found

in the official menu but which the staff highly recommended. These fritters had a crunchy coating covered with a creamy yuzu sesame sauce. I was delighted to find the pockets stuffed with extremely soft tofu alongside bits of carrots and fungus. The asparagus shoots on the side were also tender and sweet.

Previously an off-the-menu item, now in the permanent menu! Always a fan of New Fut

Kai's handmade tofu dishes; my non-veg mum was impressed too. Extremely soft tofu with bits of carrots and black fungus, with light crunchy batter covered with a creamy citrusy sauce. Vegan option available. ($15 / 6 pieces)

Yuzu sesame crispy tofu (reco under cny dish and charged $28)- i kind of regret

ordering this as it’s expensive and not to my liking. Regret taking staff reco from switching sesame tofu to cny dish. Staff should probably mention that cny dish is more exp too... cause It didn’t occur to me when we just seeing normal menu for normal meal on the 4th or 5th day in cny >< haha

Anw, the inside of the tofu cube is mashed with other ingredients and got the yuzu and sesame suace taste (guessing due to the sauce on it~) #abillionlove

Really unique dish. It’s reconstructed tofu with yuzu and sesame mayo. I liked the sauce.

The tofu has little veggies bits inside but I prefer plain tofu. Still good though

Crispy batter, soft tofu & bits of black bracket fungus & possibly carrots mixed

inside. Loved the sesame yuzu mayo dip — the tangy-sweet yuzu flavour really shone through here!
