Review of Black Rice Supplì at Buddy Italian Restaurant Cafè by karenina

To be honest I am not a fan of supplì in general. But..gosh this supplì is addicting!
It’s an interesting variation of the original recipe and features black rice, fried and accompanied with a superb herb cream mayo. It is crispy on the outside and just yummy on the inside.

I really enjoy Buddy’s cuisine and all of the plates I had the chance to taste through time were very good, yet this has become my personal favorite by them.

What I really like about Buddy is that - even though they had a vegan menu before the pandemic - they decided to make the best out of this tough situation and finally switch to a full vegan menu.

When in Rome, make sure to go and give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
