To be honest I am not a fan of supplì in general. But..gosh this supplì
is addicting!
It’s an interesting variation of the original recipe and features black rice, fried and accompanied with a superb herb cream mayo. It is crispy on the outside and just yummy on the inside.
I really enjoy Buddy’s cuisine and all of the plates I had the chance to taste through time were very good, yet this has become my personal favorite by them.
What I really like about Buddy is that - even though they had a vegan menu before the pandemic - they decided to make the best out of this tough situation and finally switch to a full vegan menu.
When in Rome, make sure to go and give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
È un supplì perché c'è il riso ma per il resto è un piatto molto
originale, un sapore ottimo e speciale! I due arancini ottimi ed anche loro originali! Li consiglio! Inoltre il personale è stato tutto gentile e disponibile nonostante fossimo tanti. Il locale è davvero carino e vario ed i cani possono entrare. Super.

Avete mai visto un Supplì di riso Venere? Io no. Poteva essere una scommessa rischiosa
visto che é un riso poco "colloso". Scommessa vinta a pieno.
É ripieno di funghi, mozzarella vegana, parmigiano vegano in crosta di granella di nocciola. Buono, croccante e la salsa è la giusta chiusa.

Premetto di non amare per niente i supplì, ma questo era veramente spaziale, con quella
cremina di nocciola e quella panatura super croccante, tutti dovrebbero assaggiarlo
