I'd say... this is a successful rendition of the black forest flair in the cake. I like how the cherry retains some of its pieces and the tangy flavour amongst the sweet base. The brownie chunks especially brings me me back to black in black forest. Strong cocoa that stands out from subtle sweetness.

The base ice cream from coconut milk, cashew milk and almond milk helps to keep coconut in check, and still have a nice creamy base with a subtle nutty flavor.
