Review of Red Lentil Penne - Barilla by madib

Another staple of my vegan diet that I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed yet. My absolute favorite boxed pasta. Tried and true, these have stayed with me since I first went vegan. Pantry staple. GF, non-GMO, fiber dense, decent amount of protein as well. I’ve tried so many plant based noodles and some of them cook super weird, they get like slimey and sludgey? If you know, you know lmao. I don’t really know how to describe it other than that, but they almost melt into the pasta water. These cook great and just are great in general. 10/10 #veganisnotscary
