Another staple of my vegan diet that I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed yet.

My absolute favorite boxed pasta. Tried and true, these have stayed with me since I first went vegan. Pantry staple. GF, non-GMO, fiber dense, decent amount of protein as well. I’ve tried so many plant based noodles and some of them cook super weird, they get like slimey and sludgey? If you know, you know lmao. I don’t really know how to describe it other than that, but they almost melt into the pasta water. These cook great and just are great in general. 10/10 #veganisnotscary

Love lentil pasta! It is tougher than regular pasta even after cooked, one reason I

love adding this to baked pasta dishes. #uplandspeak

I've slowly been branching out and trying the many new varieties of pasta on the

grocery shelves. I really liked this red lentil pasta from Barilla! It does have a lentil taste to it, but if you're a lentil lover, you'll be a fan (and if not you can just cover it in lots of sauce).

Bought these bc it was half price but once again im just disappointed that they

dont taste like lentils. I find all bean pasta to be very dry but theyre okay if put in soups/sauces. So its not terrible but i wouldnt buy it again probably

Really yummy pasta. It is a not the same texture as standard pasta, but still

good in a different kind of way. Unlike regular pasta which I like al dente, the lentil pasta I like overcooked and soft. Really yummy and nutritious!
