Review of Hummus & Roasted Squash Salad at Plant Café & Kitchen by lordsnooks

First of all the presentation of this salad was just lovely. The pumpkin was beautifully roasted and the hummus was damn tasty mixed through all that greenery, which was already mixed with another creamy dressing so no leaf had a chance of being left bare and raw. Just how I like it. To be honest the bread was ok but a bit out of place there- it really didn’t need it. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
