Even my take away dish is so beautifully arranged I can still feel the "ahhh" satisfaction of revealing the cover. The sauce is the killer! It is sweet tangy and sticky rich. It blends so well with the egg plants, softly cooked tomatoes, and green al dente vegetables.

The "eel" is a seaweed wrapped soy feeling that aunty makes herself, so none of that factory made mock meat. It is a dense bite that feels substantial. The seaweed is the flavour of the sea. So yum! Makes us fight for the last piece.

The pickled raw papaya has a sweet sour piquant taste that sends a strong signal to the mouth to drool! A perfect touch to this dish.
