Review of Tempeh Rendang burger at nomVnom Bistro by xinru-t

The Tempeh Rendang burger ($9.90 a la carte) not only had a local twist but also offered more depth of flavours and textures. There were 2 tempeh patties which were firm, grainy, savoury, and nutty; rendang curry that was smoky and slightly spicy with mushroom mock meat bits; papadum crackers that were crunchy and slightly bitter; as well as cucumber slices and lettuce leaves that provided a light refreshing crunch.
