Review of Vegan Orh Luak (Complete Protein Quinoa) at Flavours by Saute by shanna

Finally had the chance to try the famous all time recommended Orh Luak, and vegan at that! I didnt expect much, but was pleasantly surprised with the crispy edges that the dish had. I poured the chili on top, and... was hoping for more. Haha. I like how they added dried seaweed which differentiates it from the normal Orh Luak. I hope to eat this at the restaurant some day!
