Review of Kimchi Jjigae Ramen at Saute-San by letusbeheroes

The broth is tasty and spicy (just right), the ramen taste authentic. From a texture perspective, more variety like tofu skin would be nice but that’s a personal preference as the silken tofu is authentic for Kimchi Jjigae.
