🤩🤩🤩🤩 finally a decent vegan taco in Singapore! After asking the folks at Super Loco to add some vegan options for what feels like 2 years they’ve finally taken the plunge and what they came up with is delicious!
Huge chunks of tofu battered in quinoa and fried up perfectly. Served on a bed of shredded cabbage and doused with a cashew cream sauce that was absolutely divine and finally topped with avocado 🥑 If you’re looking for decent #mexican food in Singapore there’s finally a place to go!
