Review of Spicy Fried Eggplant Sticks at 成都Chengdu by vikas

🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I’ve gotta say there’s nothing better than eggplant when it’s done right. I’ve had delicious eggplant dishes from pretty much every part of the world but I’d never had #sichuan style eggplant. Perfectly fried so they’re tender inside but crispy outside, and coated with a caramelized sweet and spicy sauce, these should replace French fries everywhere! One of my favorite dishes in all of Singapore 🇸🇬
