Review of Make Your Own at The Salad Shop by vikas

Wow this was epic beautiful 😍😍😍 considering the place has such a long line and yet they still have time to plate things so nicely. I loved all the vegan options except be careful to check the ingredients because some of the options look vegan but have yogurt in them. My favorite things in the bowl were the crispy okra and baby eggplants and the beetroot hummus was pretty good too. Wasn’t a fan of the cauliflower, too hard and not really flavorful.

I’d go back. Great place to post my reviews while waiting on line!
