This was the first time I had Impossible meat in a burger. Incredibly juicy, Impossibly meaty. The fermented cashew cheese was so melty and dope!! I wanted to love it 100% (the name gets 110% love tho!) but the realness was slightly unnerving. Still worth a try but I think I enjoy Impossible meat in more bite-sized pieces like gyozas rather than a burger patty. Thank you so much for the treat @vikas! 🍔
