Vegan Seagal

This was pretty good actually. I wish three buns offered more vegan things.
they only have

vegetarian options and some vegetarian things even have shrimp or fish or whatever in it which is a joke honestly. Seafood is not a vegetable. Like..Umm. Guys. It’s 2021 already just get with the program.

Remember coming here a couple of months back when impossible first launched in Singapore and

found that they had no vegan options - their impossible burger both had cheese and the bun wasn’t vegan and I gave feedback to the staff that I was hoping to have a vegan option.

Fast forward and now they have this vegan deliciousness. Really have to control myself and make sure I don’t eat too many of these impossible burgers though cause they be hella expensive - this is coming from someone who never ate beef so never had to pay that sort of price for a meal:

This was the first time I had Impossible meat in a burger. Incredibly juicy, Impossibly

meaty. The fermented cashew cheese was so melty and dope!! I wanted to love it 100% (the name gets 110% love tho!) but the realness was slightly unnerving. Still worth a try but I think I enjoy Impossible meat in more bite-sized pieces like gyozas rather than a burger patty. Thank you so much for the treat @vikas! 🍔

Could've gone with a veggie/bean patty instead but they don't have that here, so at

least there's something for us vegans! It's a bit weird when I like the fries better than the burger hmmm. It's a bit biased but I'm not an impossible gal, I'm more on beyond but the patty was severely underseasoned. Tasted like I was eating it boiled or just thawed 🤷 Great effort on the cashew cheese though.
