Review of Crispy Eggplant with Mushroom Soy Floss at EMPRESS by jashment

My 300th review is going to be a combination of two of my favourite things - eggplant and mushroom! Love the floss and the eggplant was nicely fried on the outside while still being soft on the inside. Would have had the whole plate for myself if I didn’t have to share it with the rest 🌚
