Review of Benedict at Watercourse Foods by veganvoyagers

This Benedict was absolutely delicious. It had an English muffin, tofu bacon, a tofu poached egg, tomato and hollandaise sauce. The hollandaise has a slight underlying coconut flavor, but overall it was absolutely delicious. One of our favorite brunches!
