Wtf? Right when this pandemic is over, you better get your butts over to Watercourse

Foods in Denver Colorado to try this eggs Benedict.
Beware: you will never be satisfied by anything else ever again😉 Stay safe peeps!

Eggs Benedict. They use a coconut cream for the Hollandaise sauce. This is a dish

that is hard to vegan-ize and they did a great job!

This Benedict was absolutely delicious. It had an English muffin, tofu bacon, a tofu poached

egg, tomato and hollandaise sauce. The hollandaise has a slight underlying coconut flavor, but overall it was absolutely delicious. One of our favorite brunches!

Watercourse Foods is Denver’s original vegan restaurant, opening in 1998. Whether you’re plant based or

not, it’s one of Denver’s most popular & delicious spots in town!

It was okay in my opinion. The “egg” had an off texture and taste to

me. But the sauce and other aspects of the dish were great.

REALLY good flavors, super impressed with this! The potatoes on the side were so tasty,

too!
