I love pho and it’s so hard to find a vegetarian or vegan pho in Singapore, so I really appreciate this restaurant including one. Since NamNam changed their recipe to use mock meat instead of actual fresh veggies in their vegan pho, this has become my favourite vegan pho in SG. There’s quite a variety of ingredients: bak choy, mushrooms, tofu, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts on the side, and ladies fingers. The soup is light and not too oily. The dish also comes with some rice crackers I dipped in the soup, though I wish I didn’t because the cracker is a bit oily haha. Pretty good value for money, too! ($10.90)
