❤️🌶❤️🌶❤️ loved these! Move over potatoes because these eggplant fries were the bomb 💣 They were tender and crispy and so savory, spicy but also a little sweet. Wish I could make these at home but for now will just have to go back to Chengdu on Amoy Street!
