Flan at Plant Miami — Sneha Verma's Review (Aug 26, 2019)

Kelp noodle flan with macadamia ice cream, passionfruit syrup, and star fruit. Lovely mix of textures. The flan was smooth and firm and better than how I remembered non-vegan flan. The ice cream flavor was subtle but wonderful with the passion fruit syrup. So delicious!
