I couldn’t remember the right name of this dessert. But it was simply delicious, it was a chocolate desert with multiple textures. Mousse, crunch, soft, regular. Super flavorful and complex. Perfect end for a perfect dinner. Vegan must go in Miami.

This was my friend’s choice for the dinner, but he let me try. Perfect flatbread made out of cauliflowers (you cannot even notice). We both loved!

When I ordered this dish, the waitress told me that it wasn’t a hot dish, that comes in room temperature. I almost decided to try something else, but gladly I didn’t! It was amazing 🤩. I loved the sauce, truffles, texture, everything perfect. I need to come back already.

I’ve chosen this place to celebrate my forty’s birthday 🎉. It was amazingly perfect. I had a nonvegan friend with me and he was impressed. Everything was perfect. This cheese board was our starter. It’s so good. All perfect fermented cheeses (cashew cultured). So good. A must go in Miami.
