Sunflower seed risotto

Our food was absolutely amazing!! We had the cheese plate, seaweed salad, sunflower risotto and amazing deserts. I highly recommend this place.

Sunflower seed risotto with asparagus, bronze fennel, maitake mushrooms, saffron cashew cream, and macadamia. I had never had risotto and this was amazingly creamy with lots of great texture!
