Review of Sichuan Impossible™ Meat & Mapo Tofu in Hotpot at EMPRESS by vikas

I love this dish which I normally have to veganize at Sichuan restaurants but at Empress they have a fully vegan version! Overall I think you’ve gotta go there just for this dish because the flavors are really strong and it’s a bit on the salty side so I’d recommend some white rice and tea along with it. I wish they made the broth a bit on the lighter side!
