Review of Kalguksu (Knife Cut Noodle) at The Boneless Kitchen by chapche
As a Korean who used to love kalguksu with tons of garlics, this kalguksu was something different (yes I understand that the Boneless Kitchen doesn't use garlic) and the soup had ginger flavor. And the noodles were slightly too soft compared to the authentic knife cut noodles. But I enjoyed their fresh and wholesome dish as a whole and will order it again :)
