Tasty noodles and wholesome veggies, mushrooms in a lovely beautiful broth. Absolute yummers. Decent portions

too, so bring along some company for sharesies, or a container for leftovers for lunch the next day, as we did.
Boneless kitchen serves up lovely vegetarian and vegan dishes. Vegan dishes are clearly stated, as are dishes with egg/dairy and those which can be veganised. A great place for din dins with the family.

Every single dish at this place is delicious, including this one! The broth is very

hearty and delicate. I like how the ingredients are a bit fermented and add to the texture and taste. 🤤

I really liked this hearty, healthy dish! The portion is big (shared this and another

main with three friends) and I loved the springy texture of the noodles along with the other veggies and mushrooms. The soup is yummy too. #veganin2020

~$14! I expected a cold noodle dish for some reason, and tbh I don’t really

like cold things but I heard good reviews for this so I wanted to try anyway! BUT it was hot dish and I was so happy haha:”) the soup was AMAZING so so flavourful and comforting, drank every last drop of it:D the noodles were springy and chewy, the veggies were super fresh and crunchy also. basically a good hot bowl of bibimbap but with noodles and really good soup. also a really big portion and took me a while to finish, if you don’t have a big appetite this should be shared!

As a Korean who used to love kalguksu with tons of garlics, this kalguksu was

something different (yes I understand that the Boneless Kitchen doesn't use garlic) and the soup had ginger flavor. And the noodles were slightly too soft compared to the authentic knife cut noodles. But I enjoyed their fresh and wholesome dish as a whole and will order it again :)

The dish is a delicious balanced and nutritious meal. There are many different colourful vegetables

and tofu - the noodles soak up the flavour of the soup really nicely. It’s a tasty filling meal for one.

Seldom get to eat from metal bowl. Huge portion of noodles, texture good. Variety of

veg, carrots, tofu, seaweed, etc. Healthy dish.

Warm, hearty noodles with a ton of veggies. If you aren't up for something strongly

flavoured, this is a good option at a Korean restaurant. Nice for a rainy day!! Which it has been nowadays!!

Love the variety of veg in this dish. I also loved the springy noodles.
