Review of Sichuan Impossible™ Meat & Mapo Tofu in Hotpot at EMPRESS by msbonnieyu

It is a visually stunning dish, presented in a sizzling hot bowl. The tofu is very silky, the impossible meat has a nice texture to chew on. The sad part is that the dish is too salty and not spicy enough ...I got grains of salt in mouth! Therefore, conceptually great, but taste/ seasoning needs to be improved.
