Review of Vegan Tempeh Enchilada + Veggies at Bruin Plate Residential Restaurant by kienna

This night for dinner, BPlate was an absolute DREAM with their plant-based options. Here we have a vegan tempeh enchilada, cauliflower, kale, and purple potato. The enchilada was topped with a creamy vegan avocado sauce as well. I couldn’t get enough of this enchilada ahh. I really couldn’t taste any difference from its non-vegan counterpart. It had all the right flavors, spices, and absolute deliciousness 🥰.
