The broth is indeed #richassbroth, as advertised in the pop up in a glowing neon sign. The broth is sunflIwer seed based and the richest vegan broth I‘ve had. However, noodles were not springy enough Given the $12 price poInt and the ease of finding a table, I would give this place another chance. Also, I will skip the vegan egg next time; weird texture like soft jello!
