This is really my first time having plant based vegan eggs. I dont know how they do it, but this is a really good alternative to eggs! Dont expect the flavor of eggs, but its consistency and unique flavor is good enough for me! And yes, the falafel hash brown was a surprise. How do you fry the falafel and keep it together?! Haha.
