#moksa was literally vegan heaven! Did you try their passion fruit and mango cheesecake?

Slow cooked version paella with brown rice, carrot sweet potatoes, green bean, sweet paprika, zucchini, tomatoes flavored with curry and kaffir leaf from our garden.

The dish itself isn’t Balinese as only people can be 😁. It was warm, nourishing and delicious. Moksa seems to care the most of all the vegan places in ubud.
