Review of Garlic Bread at Moksa Plant-based Restaurant & Permaculture Garden by noll-fyra
This must be the strangest garlic bread I’ve ever had. Rather than bread, it’s made of rice flour and possibly corn meal, which seems to have been steamed, then pan fried. Making their “bread” from scratch has let them incorporate garlic flavour into the base, which makes it more garlicky than usual. Odd but it works.
