This garlic bread is not really bread because it's made of I think rice flour

or something which I guess is good if you're gluten free but otherwise it's a bit weird, texture wise. the flavors were on point though!! The garlic taste was great and they even had a nice char.

Okay vegan is one win. But GLUTEN FREE!? Soooo excited about this bread. Dense, flavorful

and healthy. Love.

This must be the strangest garlic bread I’ve ever had. Rather than bread, it’s made

of rice flour and possibly corn meal, which seems to have been steamed, then pan fried. Making their “bread” from scratch has let them incorporate garlic flavour into the base, which makes it more garlicky than usual. Odd but it works.
