Review of Custom Grain Bowl at Grain Traders by vikas

I love making my own custom plant-based bowl at #graintraders in Singapore. So much stuff going on here! Barley & mushroom risotto as my base, steamed broccoli with almonds, cold bean salad, cold zucchini salad, masala tofu that tastes like paneer tikka, and masala chickpeas. Finished off with a coconut curry sauce. Sounds like a lot and it’s definitely enough for two to share!

Tip: they have a ton of super salty pickled sides which I’ve found can really throw off the other flavors so I stick to the basics!
