⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gotta love husband and wife duo Javier and Sharon who have put so much effort into this incredible lunch spot in Singapore 🇸🇬 The food’s incredible, with a different vegan protein everyday and an incredible variety of pickled veggies, greens and grains. I got all my favorites, from beans to pickled cucumbers to fried chickpeas and sautéed mushrooms 🍄 sitting on a bed of fresh kale. I think this was around $14 and worth every penny! #graintraders #singapore #bestof

My colleagues tell me that the queue during lunch hour at this place snakes out the front door 😦 Good thing we had a morning full of meetings and did lunch at 3.30pm then 🙃 By that point selections were a bit limited, especially for the base and the side, but definitely more than enough options to work with 🙂 Everything is well labelled for dietary info, and the staff know their stuff anyway 😉 Two things that I took left me gobsmacked - the #charsiew #jackfruit had unbelievably good texture, and the #mala roasted #peanut (as topping) was superb for this #saladbox. $17.50 is a bit 😳 but fine for something of this quality

Barley with mushroom (base), char siu jackfruit (protein), broccoli with okra (veg), roasted ratatouille (veg), cauliflower, turmeric and curry pickle (side), mixed seeds (topping) and homemade coconut curry (sauce). The entire bowl is soooo good and worth my $17.20, esp the jackfruit.. So mind-blowingly delish!

Absolutely loved this hearty bowl from grain traders, I loved the concept of customisations and I immediately knew I wanted the jackfruit as the centre piece of my bowl. I chose a colourful variety of veggies and nuts, with a quinoa base that’s under this heap of nutrition. You also get to choose your own sauces to help add some flavour to this bowl.

Super super yummy work lunch @ grain traders with the highlight being this amazing Green Rebel Foods rendang! 🔥 It was a balanced blend of spicy, fragrant and good texture! Everything was on point - no wonder there was a queue!
