Originally this is a vegetarian option with cheese and sour cream but they easily adapted to our no dairy request! The veggies were super fresh and crisp and the sides were fabulous. The mexican rice and cilantro rice are delicious!

Wow what is that melted stuff on top? If it's vegan cheese I'm so impressed that El Torito has #vegancheese I used to go here as a kid! ❤️
Vikasgarg- it is their salsa verde. They don't use vegan cheese. There isn't any cheese in these.
