Originally this is a vegetarian option with cheese and sour cream but they easily adapted to our no dairy request! The veggies were super fresh and crisp and the sides were fabulous. The mexican rice and cilantro rice are delicious!

It was delicious. Perfect together and very filling. Loved the chipolte mayo, even asked for extra!
