Review of Assorted vegetable skewers at Si Wei Mao Cai by vikas

Si Wei Mao Cai is amazing for having so many delicious vegan #sichuan dishes on their menu. I had the pleasure of dining with @cheftripprion from #justhamptoncreek and the folks here hooked us up with an amazing plant-based dinner. For the skewers we chose tarragon, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, and dried beancurd. Served in a boat of hot chili oil and with chili gunpowder and garlic dipping sauce.
