Review of Assorted vegetable skewers at Si Wei Mao Cai by cheftripprion

This is an amazing dish packed with flavor. The tarragon and potato were my faves. The gun powder has a serious punch so be careful and don’t forget the garlic dipping sauce it’s the bomb.
