Tulum Cheese Flatbread at Oklava — ashleytknight5's Review (Feb 3, 2018)

If you like cheese and veggies, this dish is insane! The bread was perfectly soft and warm. The wild oregano complemented the Tulum cheese and cheese sauce very well. I especially liked the ends of the flatbread. The Cyprus chips on top and charred leaks worked well with the dish. The flatbread is accompanied by a generous side salad which consists of pickled cabbage, olives, onions and peppers.
